Molecular Genomics Research

We develop methods to analyze the information embedded in DNA and RNA. Our research explores ways to extract and connect data ranging from genetics to epigenetics, including DNA and RNA sequences, large mutations, and base modifications. To achieve this, we utilize cutting-edge technologies such as Illumina, Nanopore, 10x Genomics, and Combinatorial Indexing.

DNA/RNA Analysis Software Development

We develop software for analyzing DNA and RNA information. Our work focuses on creating tools to analyze newly developed methods or to overcome the limitations of existing software. These tools are designed as web-based platforms, aiming to provide accessible solutions for everyone.


CRISPR Gene Therapy

We aim to develop CRISPR-based gene therapies with a focus on validating their performance and safety. Our research not only targets genetic disorders but also seeks to treat non-genetic diseases. In addition, we leverage these innovative approaches to study disease mechanisms and broaden our understanding of human health.
